Terms of service
The terms for businesses that use Callwise.
The service
Callwise answers your business's calls with an AI assistant, using the information you provide, and sends you summaries. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate.
Who can use it
Callwise is for businesses only. The person who signs up must be able to bind the business.
Acceptable use
You must not use Callwise to mislead callers, to impersonate a named person, to give medical, legal or financial advice, or for unsolicited marketing calls. You must follow the Nigerian Communications Commission's rules that apply to your numbers.
Plans and minutes
Plans include a number of answered minutes each month. Minutes beyond the plan are billed at the plan's per-minute rate.
Data protection
Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms. You are the controller of your callers' data; Callwise is the processor.
Availability
We work to keep Callwise answering at all times. If the assistant cannot continue a call, it hands the caller to the transfer number you set where possible.
